On Sunday morning, September 27, 2009, at 9:25 AM, Bishop Kenneth Brown went home to be with the Lord.
Bishop Brown was last remaining of the original founders of the UAC of JC organization. For many years, he has been the elected Presbyter of the UAC of JC. Bishop Brown was also the founder and only pastor of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Greenfield, Indiana to date. January would have marked the 45th Anniversary of Bishop Brown's pastorship and will mark the 45th Anniversary of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Greenfield, Indiana.
Bishop Brown will be sorely missed, but in the same respect, his life and his example is very greatly appreciated and we should all strive to live our life for the Lord as he did. After all, even though we are saddened by his passing and separation from us, we are also rejoicing, for he has most certainly won his race, has fought the good fight, and will now forever rejoice in the presence of All Mighty God!
The Viewing will be at Stillinger Family Funeral Home from 4 - 8 PM on September 29, 2009.
Stillinger Family Funeral Home 1780 W. Main Street Greenfield, Indiana 46140
The Funeral will be held at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Greenfield, Indiana at 1:00 PM on September 30, 2009. The will be an additional viewing from 12 - 1 PM at the church.

November 4, 2006 --- I love you Daddy
My father was a perfect man in my eyes. God took Enoch without Death and he took my father home with no suffering just like I asked him to do. I am so thankful for being his daugher because most of all he taught me about God all my life. I miss him and now I look up to the heavens and tell him hello because I know he is with his maker and watching over me as he always has. I miss you daddy and love you with all my heart. I thank God for blessing me with the time we had in your end stage of this life. I will remember every word and every moment for the rest of my life. I loved bandaging up your feet because , I could take care of your wounds like you always took care of mine. Miss you forever...See you in heaven!!! love Cindy, Sharon, Michael, Marvin Ray Smith

April 15, 2006 --- Free Bible Software - well worth checking out!
I don't normally endorse things personally, but I have to share a wonderful offering with all of you. I found a free Bible software package about a couple of months ago that has certainly been a blessing to me.
Anyone who has purchased Bible software before can tell you that a decent one can be very expensive and can generally come with more junk than you desire. I have at least six of these suites. The funny thing is though, I have found myself using this free Bible suite more than I have the others that I own.
e-Sword is well worth adding to your collection. If you have been unable to get hold of Bible software for whatever reason, worry no more. If you have access to the internet, go to the e-Sword website (Link below) and download the e-Sword application. Once you have done this, look through the downloads page and download all of the Bibles, dictionaries, commentaries, maps, etc., that you desire. Very few of the available resources cost anything and generally the costs for those that do are relatively minimal. They will identify to you if they cost anything. Most of the resources do not. I have yet to spend a dime on resources.
Not sure if you'll know how to use it? No worry, select Training in the menu and it will take you to a page with directions on everything you need to know.
Take it from me, this suite is well worth getting your hands on. God Bless!

For everyone anticipating the issue of the Apostolic Call that is presently overdue, Please accept my humble apology. I want everyone to know that the Summer issue of the call will be into the printer before the end of this week. As soon as I get it back, I will get it out to you.
I am so very sorry that it has taken me this long to get it done. I assure you that the next one will be out in a timely manner. I sincerely beg your forgiveness for my tardiness. Thank you so much for your patience.
By the way, for those who are wondering, the next deadline for the Apostolic Call is October 7, 2005

August 6, 2005 --- Bishop Berchett Howard 1908 - 2005
The original founder and Presbyter of the United Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, Bishop Berchett Howard went on to be with the Lord on August 3, 2005 around 11:30 AM in New Castle, Indiana. He was 97 years old.
Bishop Howard will be sorely missed on earth, however we should remember that he will no longer suffer in his earthen vessel and will be renewed into everlasting life, for he has won his race. There is no doubt a wonderful crown that is laid up for him in heaven. We should all be as determined as he was to reach that goal!
"For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." (2 Tim. 4:6-8)
Please forgive me. As the funeral is today and I just found out about it last night, I was unable to get it posted in the calendar. For those who still want to know, the funeral is today - details below:
Bishop Howard's Funeral August 6, 2005 - 2:00 PM (Indiana) Held @ Apostolic Pentecostal Church 131 South 26th Street New Castle, Indiana 47362

June 11, 2005 --- The Apostolic Call (Error in Calendar)
Forgive me. It has been brought to my attention that I had made an error in the calendar of the Spring Issue of The Apostolic Call.
The Calendar has the dates of The 15th Anniversary Services for Zion Tabernacle Apostolic Church listed as July 16 - 19th. These dates are incorrect. The dates should be listed as June 16th - 19th. The correct information is listed in the ad on page 13.

As we look forward to this new year, I pray that God continues to keep His hands & His blessings upon each of us. I know that He will!
As I look back at all of the things He has done for my family this past year, I cannot help but believe that this next one will be even better, that we will be able grow even stronger in Him, and that we will see Him do even greater things.
As this world around us continues to spiral downward toward that fateful day of judgement, we can hold fast to our faith and the hope that - even if Christ does come back in 2005 - when He does come back, we will have won the race, will have fought the good fight, will have stayed the course, and will be called up to be with Him forever in Glory! Oh what a comfort and a strength that is!
I truly thank God for everything He has done in my life and those of my church & natural families. I thank Him for every trial, for in every one, He further confirms my faith in Him and proves that He has already provided the victory. How could I possibly put my faith in anything else. He is truly wonderful!
The UAC of JC Online sincerely wishes everyone a very happy, Christ-filled, God-blessed New Year!
